Hi, I’m Carole.
And I know your pain.
My whole adult life, I’ve been searching for the answers to optimal well being. I’ve longed to help women feel their best, mentally and physically. And that includes trying to figure out the permanent weight loss solution puzzle.
I’d yo-yo’d between 140 lbs at my lowest (first diet out of high school), up to 209 lbs AFTER the birth of my son (and later topping the scales at 220+ lbs… but I’ll tell you that story shortly…).
Dieting was hard! And I was really bad at it.
It was hard to stick with tiny portions, packaged tasteless foods, and feeling constantly hungry and craving!

I desperately wanted to figure this out.
At one point, I was Carole Freeman, MS, CN, CHt, CKNS, LMHCA (pending)*. The letters breakdown:
- MS = Master’s degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology
- CN = Certified Nutritionist
- CHt = Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
- CKNS = Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist
- LMHCA = Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (pending)
So basically, I accumulated a lot of letters–and the 6-figures in student loans to prove it!
I also devoured any research, books, or blogs that explained the biochemistry of cravings, addiction, excessive appetite, and behavior change, and effective techniques to address them, as I KNEW these were essential to the solution I was seeking.
In my private practice, before keto, I taught my clients what I’d learned, which was to follow a whole foods diet, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, plenty of fat, and that all foods were OK, because restricting foods was what caused weight gain. I taught women the principles of Health at Every Size, mindful eating, and intuitive eating.You’re comfortable in your body, in your own skin.
Even with masters degrees in nutrition and psychology, there was still something missing…
Even though I trained at the finest school in the country in full mind-body health and wellness…
I kept gaining weight.
Then I hit rock bottom (and the top of the scale)...
Early in 2014, I was set on the path that would lead me to discover the missing piece to the permanent weight loss I’d been seeking…
I was involved in a devastating car accident that resulted in a progressive, chronic pain syndrome in my legs (CRPS) and issues with my brain (Post Traumatic Hypopituitarism) that had me bedridden for the better part of 18 months.
The pounds packed on and my metabolic health had me likely headed straight towards diabetes, heart disease, dementia, stroke, and more…
In mid-2015, after seeing countless doctors that offered me little in the way of treatment options, I turned to a ketogenic diet as a last resort attempt to heal my brain.

I was desperate to turn things around.
How could this happen to me?
I’d spent 10 years of my life studying everything I could about diet, nutrition, cravings, appetite, and behavior change.
How could I be so extremely unhealthy, overweight, and bedridden?
It was time to put it all to the test.
Remember how I said I was terrible at dieting?
Well, I was so desperate to heal myself, to not be bedridden any more, that I knew it would take a kitchen sink approach to keto for me to succeed.
And as I put it all to the test, it turned out that I had all the pieces to solve the weight loss puzzle.
I used every trick I’d ever studied about how to conquer sugar and carb cravings, foster long-term habit change, and formulate a well-balanced ketogenic diet.
And it worked.
With my “kitchen sink approach” to keto, I lost 18.5 pounds the first month. After 7 months, I was down a total of 61 pounds. Everything I’d ever studied was finally paying off, as I was less hungry and more satisfied than ever. The sugar cravings I’d fought my whole life were also completely gone.
*My current credentials: MS, CHt, LMCA (pending). The other credentials have expired, as I did not find they were necessary for my current work with clients.

What services do you offer?
I coach women through my holistic and extremely comprehensive bio-psycho-social framework to overcome known and unknown blocks to long-term healthy habit change.
There are no quick fixes here. This is long-term, intentionally deep healing work that finally gets to the root cause of what’s been keeping you stuck and falling back into old patterns.
I have courses, programs, and support structured specifically to overcome the variety of obstacles that my clients need, and none of it is DIY. All of it is done with me, guided, fully-supported, and individualized for your specific needs.
Clients evolve over our time working together with a durable, healthy, happy, and confident lifestyle.
How much time is required?
I’ll need you to invest about 1.2% of your time every week into coaching calls and course material review.
Not a typo! Less than two percent of your week to get amazing results, without medication.
You already spend more time than that watching Netflix, doom scrolling on Tiktok, or researching supplements on ChatGPT, so 2 hours per week is reasonable and doable.
How much do your services cost?
Typically this question is actually, “But can I afford you?”
Imagine how much it would cost to hire a nutritionist, a therapist, a personal trainer, a hypnotherapist, a life coach, and a support group. Each of these alone would be several hundred per session.
Now, what if you could get that all in one place?
I don’t like to put pricing online, since rates can change due to a number of factors, but in general, if you are able to invest about $300 – 400 per month toward your healing and transformation, then you can afford to work with me.
Consider this: most of my clients save so much more money (and time!) than they invest with me… all-in-one support, decreased food and supplement expenses. Not to mention the hundreds saved not having to buy GLP-1 medication.

How long will it take me to lose the weight?
While every person is unique and I can not guarantee or predict what exactly will happen for you, for the hundreds of women I’ve worked over the last 10 years that have been coachable and take action, they typically drop about 10 – 20 lbs the first 4 – 6 weeks, and at about 12 months, 80+ lbs is gone
Yes, even if those who are “slow losers,” are experiencing perimenopause symptoms, post menopausal, and more.
I’ve found that my approach works when nothing else seems to do the trick.
Can you help me even if I have specific health conditions?
Yes, very likely.
One of my greatest joys in life is that when clients follow my framework, pretty much every chronic symptom they started with and health diagnosis and/or reason they were taking a medication, resolves, fades away, or goes into remission.
